On Sunday afternoon, December 21st, FLC friends and members gathered for our holiday luncheon in The Fawn Lake Harbor Club. Pastor Kerry O'Neill recognized Wayne on his birthday and several couples whose marriages have spanned more than five decades. While dining, the group was challenged by Dave's Christmas trivia session, with highly sought after chocolate kisses as prizes. Wayne offered his rendition of two classic Christmas poems, "Twas the Night Before Christmas" and "Jest 'fore Christmas." Tim, "Rap Daddy" as one diner dubbed him, offered a somewhat breathless Christmas nativity rap. We closed with sharing in the singing Christmas carols.
Everyone enjoyed good food and even better fellowship.
