Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the www.fawnlakechurch.net website operated by our church.
Your access to and use of the Service (website) is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Purchases and Refund Policy
No product or service is available for purchase from Fawn Lake Church. Faith giving donations are not refundable under any circumstances.
On occasion, the church may charge a fee or tuition to cover expenses for a church dinner, a class, a seminar, or other church-related event or activity. If the activity is cancelled by the church, refunds will be provided. If a participant is unable to attend an event for any reason, a refund will be available until the day before the event. Post-event refunds will not be available.
In the case of adult or youth retreats or camp events, pre-event refunds may be considered in keeping with the policy of the camp or retreat center. Post event refunds will not be available.
Subscriptions
No product or service is available for purchase on a subscription basis from Fawn Lake Church.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is a statement of how Fawn Lake Church collects, handles and processes data of its members, friends, guests, and visitors.
Donations: Regarding faith giving donations, in order for the church to provide an annual giving statement to an individual donor for tax-filing purposes, it is necessary for the church to collect identifying information including but not limited to full name, address, telephone number, email, and social security number.
All such identifying information and individual account balances will be kept strictly confidential. The church Treasurer and other staff and volunteers who have an official role in church financial operations will be given access to faith giving data on a need-to-know basis. Under no circumstances will personal identifying information or donor account balances be divulged, shared with, or sold to third parties.
Storage of Data: Personal data may be collected electronically online through the church web site. Such data will be stored in a password controlled archive database. In the event that personal data is collected on paper forms, the data will be key entered into the database, or the documents will be scanned and posted to the database. Paper originals will be destroyed except as required by law or regulation (e.g. medical and parental release forms required for children).
Content
Fawn Lake Church does not allow you to post, link, store, share or otherwise make available any information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”) on its website.

Our Internet page may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Fawn Lake Church. Fawn Lake Church has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Fawn Lake Church shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
