Team captains must register their teams here.

Team captains may submit a registration form with a minimum of the team name and captain’s name and contact information at anytime. When the team is formed, the captain must submit a second registration form that includes the name, email or cellphone number, and HC Index for the captain and each player.

If there are changes to the members of a team after registration, the team captain must complete and submit a new registration form for the team.

For registrations with fees paid not later than May 15th the fee is $135 per player. For registrations with fees paid after May 15th, the fee is $150 per player.
